Rayna Taher

Technology Associate

Rayna is a graduate of Villanova University College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, majoring in Political Science and Communication.

At Villanova, she participated in a variety of social justice and cultural organizations and provided mentorship to low-income and first-generation students navigating the college experience. After graduation, she completed a year of service with AmeriCorps City Year. She volunteered in an underserved Queens, NY middle school close to where she grew up, serving as a literacy coach, after-school coordinator, and mentor to 6th-8th graders. After that, she worked as a data analyst for Friends of Island Academy, helping formerly incarcerated youth re-enter and succeed in society. During her free time, Rayna enjoys reading, listening to music, watching TV, and finding new food spots to try with her friends.
