Announced in October 2022, these 20 Echoing Green Fellows are innovating for our collective future.
Echoing Green supports next-generation social innovators with bold ideas for tackling the world’s most urgent challenges. Selected from a global pool of nearly 1,300 applicants, these leaders join 18 Fellows announced in April to round out the 2022 Echoing Green Fellowship class.
Working in more than ten countries across five continents, these Fellows bring fresh ideas and approaches to advancing justice in their community. Fellows are launching and growing enterprises that include the first-ever organization to open access to fully-accredited legal degrees and careers for incarcerated people in the U.S.; an organization reinventing the agricultural market and landscape for rural women farmers in the Caribbean; and a social enterprise equipping conflict-affected communities in the Middle East with skills to secure employment and financial stability.
Echoing Green’s Fellowship program, now in its 35th year, has funded nearly 1,000 Fellows, most of whom still work in the social impact field today. Amid cascading global crises, our Fellow community is developing world-class solutions to level the economic playing field, mitigate the impacts of climate disaster, and dismantle structural racism. Accelerating the growth and impact of social entrepreneurs like Echoing Green Fellows is critical for building a world where everyone can thrive.
