Climate Change

We support bold ideas for renewable energy, forest regeneration, and protecting our oceans that are essential to the mitigation and reversal of climate change damage, and for adaptation to our changing planet.

Education

We work with leaders who believe universal access to education is a major world priority, and are driving a wide range of innovative approaches to teaching, mentoring, and learning for young people right now.

Health

The technological, logistical, and scientific initiatives of our Fellows are improving maternal health and reducing infant mortality, changing how we think about disease control and treatment, and democratizing access to life-saving medicines and information.

Human Rights

We invest in women and families, people with disabilities, and immigrants globally — and those who work tirelessly alongside them — who are fighting to protect or regain the basic rights and freedoms that we are all entitled to.

Poverty

Wealth disparity is one of the greatest drivers of inequality globally, impacting aspects of life from health to political power. Projects led by our Fellows focus on leveling the economic playing field: supporting grassroots business development, job creation, and community investment.

Racial Justice

In the United States and beyond, institutional and structural racism maintains the oppression of some groups to benefit others. To achieve justice and equity, we invest in directly-impacted leaders and their communities and work on eliminating systems and policies that uphold the status quo.
